I listed it as used due to not having the owners manual box needing a vent, minor light scratches and bit Dusty dirty. Don't know where I've placed it has a few like minor scratches on from sitting around in the garage but as I stated never been used. I've had it for a couple years and plans of installing in my garage. Nice little heater.

It still has the electrical hole punch outs that will need to be punched out. I've looked and for it. It does take 240 One of the front vent slats is missing. Please message with any questions.

Never had the electric fan to it.
